Massive Whey

″Massive Whey″ provides your muscles with all of the essential amino acids required for maximum nitrogen retention necessary for muscle strength and development. It is formulated with an optimal mixture of carbohydrates and proteins to decrease muscle breakdown and stimulate muscle tissue regeneration. In addition to proteins, it provides vitamins and minerals which are vital for proper metabolism. This nutritional formula is designed to provide high quality proteins quickly and easily during the day, and to contribute to a balanced diet.
As a source of high quality proteins, it is also useful to be consumed during lactation and for wasted and malnourished children.

Athletes:
Consumption of 1-4 scoops per day is recommended for bodybuilders according to weight and height. Consume 1-2 scoops before and 1-2 scoops after your workout programs. On non training days, consumption of 1-2 scoops before lunch and 1-2 scoops in the afternoon is recommended. In order to prevent muscle breakdown, consume 1-2 scoops every day for 2 weeks. For weekly competition, consume 1-2 scoops in maximum after competition. Please note that  protein consumption is forbidden 3 hours before exercise.

Breast feeding:
One to 2 scoops per day is recommended during the first year of lactation.

Wasted:
One to 2 scoops per day is recommended for wasted until the proper weight is gained. ″Massive Whey″ helps 0.5-1 kg weight gain per week.

Malnourished:
